CLEANING POLICY

Spotless Expectations is a company dedicated to giving our customers back  the time they deserve to enjoy the things they love. In order to secure your cleaning service appointment, a $50.00 reservation deposit is required.  Once your deposit has been received, a calendar invitation will be sent to your email address to confirm the day, date and time of your appointment.  Once cleaning services have been rendered, all invoices/payments are due the day of services. If payment has not been received within 48 hours after cleaning services have been completed, there will be a $25.00 late fee assessed on your invoice. If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service. We would be happy to return to your home to correct the area/areas that you are not happy with. However, the correction must be made within 48 hours.


Additional services that are not included in our standard or deep cleaning are as follows: cleaning inside of cabinets, appliances, linen changes for bedding, or laundry. Our company provides basic grout cleaning service within our deep cleaning service. If you have extremely dirty grout which includes (Dirt/oil build up, mold and stains), and it has been longer than 6 – 12 months since your grout and tile has been cleaned professionally, it is recommended that you hire a grout/tile cleaning specialist who can pretreat the surface and provide a deeper cleaning services than what we offer.
